DO NOT TRUST! I repeat, DO NOT TRUST this place specifically the agent named SHERI. She steals will never care about your personal items!! And if you don’t believe me, read the other review and you’ll find her name there too.

We are an active duty family and used to live in 136 purple sage ln (moved to another country) before moving we hired a cleaning company and didn’t get to finish the job. We told the owner, Aaron that they will come back the next day to get the rest of my stuff and clean the place.

Sheri, the property manager, took it upon herself and cleaned the house, TOOK ALL MY PERSONAL ITEMS most of them were not used and brand new. We called them right away as soon as we find out THAT WAS THE SAME DAY! But for some reason, they couldn’t find any of our items. They charged us with repairs and everything though nothing was broken from that place except carpet cleaning since we didn’t have the time. We asked for invoice and nothing was provided! We talked to the owner about the issue but all we got was “we have a long friendly relationship and I trust her”. HE said the next day that we found some of your stuff but never gotten it back. THIS WAS A MONTH AGO!

YOU WILL BE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF IF YOU USE HER AND/OR MOVE IN 136 Purple sage lane. This duo is chaos!

All of these bad reviews MUST be from horrible tenants no one wants in their rental properties. As an owner, I have to say Sherrie, Courtney, and company are all fantastic at what they do and make my life a hell of a lot easier.

I rented a house site unseen from Andres Guerrero and Trevor Blanton. I wouldn’t even seen this house if Andres hadn’t pointed out that it was available sooner than the house that I wanted I freaking love this house Every single person that I dealt with in that office from the receptionist to upper management to Trevor and Andres were believably, professional confident customer service is unparalleled to anybody else that I’ve dealt with in that arena real estate in Ridgecrest. They were available every time I needed to talk to somebody about something anytime. I wanted to check on some thing no matter how many times I called them or emailed them or bug them about something. They were cheerful and super happy to help if you were looking for a house to rent or buy in Ridgecrest. You need to call these guys. Site unseen I was so worried walking into this and they made my whole year. I’m so excited to move. I can’t wait thank you guys. You are the absolute best.!!!!!!! My dad says ditto!! And my German Shepherd loved Andres that should tell you something right there when your dog loves somebody from the gecko. That’s a good guy right there.!!!

Literally the worst experience ever. Sherri doesn't get back to you what so ever. I sent 2 emails within a 2 week period, and when I called today she admitted she saw them and didn't reply. She is rude and dismissive, and when I ask about why my security deposit was charged for "breaking my lease" she said she couldn't answer because the owner deals with it. I ask for his contact and "nope can't give that to you." I was told, by Sherri, I was being LET OUT of my lease and then I'm still charged for breaking it. Being let out of a lease and breaking a lease are 2 very different situations. I do NOT recommend dealing with Frontier EVER. I was also charged a deep cleaning fee for damage that was there before I ever moved in. Stay away unless you want to be taken advantage of.

I could not recommend the terrible experience here with Trevor. The guy was never available when I tried calling. He was more difficult to reach on the phone than Biden. Never saw the guy's face. Now I know why: Something very shady about this place, and the way they do business. Never received a call back from the guy. Had to call three or four times just to say my app was rejected. What is it with these newer real estate agents that they believe they are too important to call you back? SHUN THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. If this is not a scam for your credit app money, then there aren't any cows in Texas. Take your 75 bucks and go to Sizzler.

Honestly, if there was a place where I could put zero stars I would. this company sucks you cannot rely on them for anything. They will tell you one thing and you can expect the opposite all their workers have other jobs so they show up whenever they feel like it. not even on the same day that was promised

I'd give Trevor zero stars for his complete and utter lack of professionalism if I could but as it is, due to Google's limitations, one star will have suffice. Guy never gets back to you on the phone. Bad attitude. Shouldn't be working around people. Has no people skills whatsoever. Trevor is so good and so much better than Frontier customers, he doesn't even have to get back to us on the telephone! Let's all marvel at the delicate genius 🙂
