They provide absolutely no oversite of their 'managed' properties. High turnover of staff. Mostly managed by family including a young unlicensed daughter. Not a
professional property
management company. Five star reviews seen here are provided by family members and employees.

Absolutely the worst property management company and the owner is so unprofessional. Worked with them for nearly three years and decided to make a change. I provided them with proper termination letter per contract and they wanted the entire sixty days before the agreement would end (per contract). This is understood, but there was no tenant in our townhome and the last tenant that was evicted cost us nearly $5000 is damages. Since there was no renter and separation notice was provided you would think they might prefer to remain professional and allow us to just separate. Instead the owner threatened to take legal action and wanted to me to buy her out of the sixty day contract. FYI, there is no clause or statement about being able to buy out the sixty days. The owner was completely unprofessional with how she handled this separation. If you are in need of a management company seek business elsewhere. I promise you will eventually regret working with FSR.
