I'd recommend having some idea of what you're looking for, and still do some due diligence on the exact locations you're buying in since mountain towns and cities can be pretty different, however Gautam can guide you the right direction. I'm not sure how the buying process is different with the NARs settlement, but Gautam is someone you should feel comfortable having honest conversations with should you have any concerns!
