I don't think there is enough praise that I can give to Gibraltar Title to truly reflect my gratitude for the quality of service I have received from them over the past few years. I have been in the industry for almost 20 years and unfortunately had to deal with many title companies; I first worked with Gibraltar title 8 years ago and they immediately became my go-to Title Company/Attorney from that very first transaction. The quality of service is simply exceptional. They are incredibly knowledgeable and they have truly been the reason why some of my transactions were able to close. Andrew and his team are always there to help and many times going above and beyond what is asked of them.

Very, very disappointed to have them go silent and non-responsive when a problem with a buyer they were representing had apparently received fraudulent wire instructions which resulted in a tremendous buyer funding loss - but equally as disappointing was them ignoring and not responding when seller title company, agents and lawyers were asking for simple communication and they went silent. As a top producing area realtor of over 15 years I find this unbelievable and completely unprofessional. I would never work with them ever .

Where to begin, The night before the closing was the first time either myself or my agent saw the settlement statement. typically we receive that days before the closing. On this statement were ridiculous fees all going to Gibraltar title. This morning after they removed the fees that never should have been there in the first place I got numerous calls from Madeline asking me to complete the closing. I was trying to tell her i still have not received the settlement statment because she sent it to the buyer not the seller she continued to cut me off, she was rude! Finally after a few phone calls i received the settlement package which of course was sent incorrectly and needed to be revised again.. what a shady way to do business!!

Gibraltar Title is by far the best Title Company/Settlement Agent I have worked with. They send almost DAILY updates on the transaction, they have mobile closers and arrange closings to be as convenient for the client as possible, they communicate in detail any event during the transaction that comes up BEFORE the client or I even think to ask about it. Best of all, Gibraltar title is headed by a team of attorneys, so it is not just a title agent but attorneys guiding my clients through the process. They are so great I asked where I could write them a review. You can't go wrong with Gibraltar! THE VERY BEST!
