I went to Gingers yesterday Wed Mar 26 to see about getting a Realid, I was told that I needed to call them at 8 am and make an appointment for the next day.
There were absolutely wasn't any customers in there and the staff were just sitting around talking.
How hard would it have been to take a break from talking to each other and take care of me ?
Definitely won't use them again or refer anyone to them.

The initial issue resulting in this review involved documentation needed to release a lien on a vehicle. Turns out, Ginger’s was in fact correct with respect to not being able to accept the obsolete form the previous lender had provided. This was validated as a problem three days after the tag agency that accepted it called me saying we had a problem. In reality, the overall problem is the result of issues with Service Oklahoma not necessarily the contract tag agencies. For this I have increased the stars to 3 but not 5 because the staff at Ginger’s could have provided a clearer interpretation of what was actually needed to get this taken care of. Again, good customer service is all that was needed.

This is typically a business that works harder to turn your business away than they do to take care of you! Most of the staff and mgmt here could also take basic lessons on customer service because it is presently non-existent. I went in with a Service Oklahoma lien release form that was signed and notarized and was told it could not be accepted because they no longer could take the State of Oklahoma form without the previous creditors name on the letterhead (how does that work on a state form?). When I asked for clarification on what was needed, the clerk said the lien release just needs to have the creditors name on it. This even though the creditor had provided a letter on their letterhead stating the state’s completed lien release form was attached.

I left frustrated and immediately called Service Oklahoma to verify what I was told and as expected, was told the staff at Gingers had misinformed me as the form I had submitted was in fact correct and should have been accepted.

Fast forward, immediately then when to a neighboring tag agency and the form was accepted and processed within 10 minutes of arrival! Bottom line, if Ginger’s is not interested in serving the citizens of Oklahoma either close your doors or sell the business to someone that will!

Because of my own poor planning I was in a real crunch to get my Real ID this week. I misunderstood their instructions about how to get an appointment but the kind lady said she could fit me in anyways. They were quick and very kind to help me! It's hard to find people that will go above and beyond and I really appreciated it!

I tried calling repeatedly, no answer, a recording. I arrived 30 minutes before opening, the only person. When they opened, I was informed appointment only!! PUT A SIGN IN THE WINDOW! I AM NOW WAITING FOR MY REAL ID AT OKLAHOMA TAG OF YUKON! THAT'S SERVICE!

The staff at Ginger's has been excellent to work with for 30 years! No joke, 30 years. I have brought several unusual issues for them to help me wade through the details with without fail.

Wasted 10 minutes of my time. Would not finish the registration paperwork on my car because the bill of sale had a small stain on it.

Very uncaring. Person at the register had no idea what she was talking about and had to walk to the back to talk to her manager for every single step.

I’ve been using Gingers Tag for personal and business reasons for over 25 years. They have always gone above and beyond to help us. If you need more help than the girls up front … ask Ginger or Terry as they are very knowledgeable and have worked there as long as I’ve gone there! 5 star!!
