Buying a house is a stressful process, and you want someone who has your best interests at heart. You will get that 100% with Bill and Angie. In every step of the house search they are so caring, professional, and knowledgeable. They helped us to learn more about the towns in the areas we were looking (Farmington Valley) and how they were different/similar so that we could choose the best fit for us. We scheduled many showings with them and they were each very thorough and pointed out pros/cons of the houses we saw. We were pretty picky with what we were looking for but they never once made us feel pressured to buy something we weren't totally happy with.

They helped us prepare competitive offers in a very hot market, and when we went under contract were extremely good about making sure we were staying on time with the deadlines along the way to lead to a successful closing. Even after closing they have been checking in with us, providing recs for different contractors and helping us as we settle into our new home. They go above and beyond, and are awesome and honest people.
