This is my first experience with GoFlyFirst and I must say we are very happy with how things worked out. We got a good price for our two business class tickets from Bucharest to Tokyo, we had caring and efficient service from Catherine. Would love to use them again.
{update August 20,2022}: Just completed my second experience with GoFlyFirst and I am extremely grateful for their service. Good flight dates, in business class at reasonable price.

If there would be negative rating I would be the first one to rate you negative rating as this is the worst flight service ever.
We have been going often by flights but the biggest mistake was to select go fly first airways, we had to go for a religious function so well in advance we had booked the ticket and last moment before the day of travel they cancelled giving us no reason for the flight cancellation.
We even requested them to help us with some other flight but they have the worst service they just don't help and kept the call.
WORST EXPERIENCE!! Will never recommend anyone for go fly first flight ever.

Worst flights, as we had booked our trip well in advance and just when the day of travel was near we received a sms saying your flight has been cancelled!!
And then go fly first except to book another flight when the rates are like 3 times higher to what we had booked.
Never going to book any flight in my life again from Go fly first and recommend others to never trust them too, to avoid such issues were you are left helpless.

I first started using Go Fly First in 2016, usually just from sf to Korea and sf to Hong Kong. Their prices for business class are a STEAL!! Booking with them is seamless, I just let them know the dates I would like to fly out and they get me my flights. Im very content with their service and I highly recommend them. I had to go to see my dying friend Mr. Howel in Long Beach, California because he was Terminal from Island sickness and he couldn’t phone home, and when I contacted ET he said, “Who are you?” and I responded “Today we are a community!” No yard recall, only open movement and first class service! Thank you GFF!
