I recently had the pleasure of going through the process of securing a unit at Golf Brook Apartments. From the very first day I stepped into the leasing office, Bailey, Stevie, and Shannon (the manager) have exceeded all my expectations, making me feel literally “at home” and a part of the family and community at Golf Brook. They are incredibly helpful and accommodating, always going above and beyond to address any of my concerns or questions promptly.

The property and amenities are immaculate. I could tell right away that the office and maintenance teams ensure the property is well kept and looking beautiful. From the crystal clear water swimming pool, tennis court, well cleaned equipped gym, to a spotless and convenient doggy spa for those who own pets.

The property offers 2 and 3 bedroom units on the first and second floor (top floor offers 12-foot ceilings). You will find a formal dining room, living room, screened patio, washing space, kitchen and a cute breakfast nook. The rooms are very spacious and all come with a closet, and one full guest bathroom. The master bedroom is huge(!), the master bath comes with a double sink, a shower and a hot tub bath. The design and spaciousness of the unit makes it feel like more of a home or a condo.

Each unit has plenty of storage inside as well as an exterior storage space by the front door, and as if that’s not enough, each unit comes with a garage at no extra cost.

The landscaping and trees surrounding the buildings are simply beautiful and well taken care of.

And everywhere you go there’s a sense of a tight-nit community and safe for the whole family to live and enjoy daily activities.

My family and I are beyond excited to call Golf Brook our new home and looking forward to begin our new life here!

I work for Massey as a pest technician and would like to thank the office staff for always being prepared for when I visit, also would like to mention how professional and courteous they are with the community they work for you can honestly see how they care for the people and the homes they live in. The staff is always in a proactive mode in regards to the community. It's the best management team I have had the pleasure to work with of all the communities I service. Golf Brook is like coming home to a little slice of paradise. It is so quiet and peaceful, I feel safe walking around the neighborhood. There are a lot of good stores and restaurants near by! The ladies in the office and the maintenance team have made the transition from my home to an apartment seamless and comfortable, they’re all extremely kind and helpful when I have had questions or needed anything.

Sad to say leaving our home of over 4 years on Golf Brook Cir. The staf and maintenance was always on point and the property was trully kept like a resort. Was a great place to raise my kids. Bree is going to miss her pond! Thank you #golfbrook

What a great place to live. We loved how close we were to everything. Downtown, State Park. We could even be at the beach in no time. This was a great place to live with great staff. If it was not for relocating for work... we would still be here.

Golf Brook is a great place to live, it feels very safe, is very quiet (with the occasional dog barking noises you can expect to hear at any apartment) and we love the trees! The units are dated but very spacious and comfortable, they don't feel like an apartment, more like a condo. The A/C and water heater in our apartment look brand new and are a high quality brand. The office and maintenance teams are the best, everyone is so friendly and when something breaks they are on it, usually within a couple hours. They also do several social events, more than our former HOA community! The location is also great, close to so many good restaurants, shopping and easy access to I-4. We are very happy here and have no plans on moving.

This is the garage for apt 340 when mentioned to maintenance. They said they were aware, but it’s not in the budget and I should go to Home Depot and get some sandbags and leave the garage door itself cracked open so all the water to get out.
