I am on the board for our 13 unit condo building and we have had Gordon James as management since our building opened a few years ago. Our current point of contact is Sebastian and he has been excellent to work with. He has helped us work through numerous challenges and he is always very responsive no matter the task. He has also provided clear and concise guidance on priorities and selection of vendors for various services. I will say he was not our first point of contact, and the others from Gordon James were more difficult to work with, so this is more of a review specifically for him. We look forward to continuing our work with him.

We have 2 units in one row house that we rent in DC while living in OR. Out current point of contact is Diego, who does a great job communicating and coordinating everything needed for our units. The most reassuring part is the speed with which he is able to get contractors into the building and working on any needed urgent repairs or between-tenant upgrades. Knowing how hard it is to get any project even started, it is amazing that he not only gets things started efficiently but that they are completed well and in a timely fashion. We appreciate his timely communication and ability to help keep the units in great shape.

My elderly mother and I bought a condo when my niece graduated so she'd have a place to live in DC. Fast forward 5 years, she's married and purchased a home, so our plan to rent out the condo was brought forward. Remote property management is a nightmare. My niece and her husband don't have time to do all the work to list, manage, maintain and respond to tenant issues. It came to a head with a problematic tenant. We got a referral from a Realtor and contracted Gordon James. They stabilized the situation with the problematic tenant and it's been smooth sailing since. Can't recommend them enough. Responsive, proactive and thorough. Awesome value for money.

Millie, the person assigned to manage my rental, has done an awesome job of communicating with the tenants, handling issues that they have, and guiding me through anything they need my input on. I had a great experience working with Jenna Sinise on a remote closing. I spend most of my time living and working abroad, so my biggest concern was that being so far away (7 hour time difference) would make it difficult to sell my place. But we were able to get under contract within two months needing only two short calls over Google Meet. This was possible because Jenna was great with communicating and responding by email. She also did a great job working with my condo association, saving me the headache of trying to communicate with them while abroad. She coordinated everything with the contractors and staging, and helped guide me through the closing process after getting an offer. Would definitely recommend.
