I been here over 6 months and my AC was never maintained. Property manager very disrespectful and to this day has not properly addressed any of my issues that are all documented by Veteran Affairs. I have major roach problem. None of my windows open. My toilet leaks and the seal is broken and clearly smell urine everyday. My refrigerator seal is still broken and they sent handyman to caulk it.
My next door neighbor had similar problem and they sent Appliance repairman for him. Roaches get into my refrigerator and I informed my VA counselor and nothing. I'm on my 6th inspection report and to this day they did. Properly manager has taken this personal and told me in front of my VA counselors to move out. I've been trying to get help from VA locally and nothing. My rent is due and we have to use their portal to pay and they charge an additional $10 to make payment?

I will never recommend ANYONE to move into one of the houses that they have.

The owner likes to try and "blast" people on here for writing how their experience goes. Like disclosing personal renters information (like prior evictions), and likes to try and make it seem like it was the renters fault that they had such a HORRIFIC experience. I have read numerous responses saying that she doesn't like to do this, but still continues to do it on every one or two star reviews.

Not long after we moved in, the AC stopped working (it would get to 90° in the house when we had a newborn), as well as the garage disposal (had the house smelling like death till WE fixed it ourself), multiple plug ins went out (bad wiring in the house), and numerous other things. And when we asked them to send someone to come out and fix these things we was ignored.

And when they decied to do a home inspection, not only did the woman barge into the house without knocking, she also barged into the rooms without knocking (the men worked nights so they was asleep), she also lied about thins that was not true. And when our lease was up, they tried to get us to pay last months rent even tho we paid first, last, and a deposit to move in. And they are trying to get us to pay repairs, when we asked them to send someone out to fix these issues, BEFORE we moved out.

They are liars, they don't care about the people they are renting to, and the prices for the places are absolutely horrid. 1400 a month for a 2 bedroom house that was hardly livable. Unless you are absolutely desperate, do not rent from them.

I was a renter at 23 Beverly Hills blvd for one year. My rent was 1350.00 This company want to collect a month and a half deposit but do not make sure that house has no issues prior to you moving in. Our property manager Rachel did not disclose that the home was not wired for cable prior to us moving in we moved from another city 2 hours away.. We had to pay the cable company to drill holes and wire home for cable. My husband mentioned to her that the AC was not working properly when we looked at the home ..and she assured us that it was. And it was not. Our electric bill was very high. The thermostat set at 72 and every afternoon it was 88 degrees or higher in the home. Many attempts to have it looked at to no avail The screen porch was ripped from day one. No garbage disposal. Toilets not secured to floor. Rachel did not once ask us how things were going, not come by to check the property in a year. We left multiple messages for her with no call back. 2 weeks from our lease ending she tells us that our rent would go up 100.00 without any phone call. She only likes to text. This home was remodeled but done improperly. Many problems with the house. We were good tenants. Paid rent in time every month. But it doesn't matter to them to be good tenants. This company does things very unprofessionally. Their leases are shady...when your lease ends...they leave you hang...do not call you to discuss terms. Do not rent from this company.

We have been renting a house from Great American Reality and Investments for the past year and it has been a very positive experience. Rachel Vasquez has been our property manager and has been fantastic. She has always been quick to respond to every communication sent, day or night. We have never rented before, and every time my wife reached out to her, regardless of the question, she was always helpful and patient. The house we rented was clean, roomy and comfortable. We highly recommend Great American Realty for your next rental needs.

We built a duplex in Citrus County for my adult children to live in. After they moved on I tried renting the units on my own. What a disaster!! I saw a Great American Reality sign at another duplex and called. I am so so glad that I did. Rachel, the property manager came buy to talk and inspect. The meeting was professional yet personable at the same time. I was pleased with the fee schedule and all my questions were answered to my liking. She took pictures and I signed a contract. GAR has been renting my duplex units for many years and I am very well pleased. The office is also very pleasant to deal with.I get owner statements on time and direct deposits as scheduled. Besides Rachel, the owner Dawn as well as Julie and Mark in the office have actually become friends. I recommend GAR frequently have not had anyone disappointed.

Rachel has been great for the couple years we rented from her! At first I was struggling to realize Some things are just out of her control so I would be so mean to her! Houses aren’t perfect things happen & I always felt bad because she really does do what she can and she always delivered results even if it took some time! She’s very understanding while being professional as well. Thank you for being such an awesome middle man!! I 10/10 recommended her & would’ve rented from her again if I could’ve!
