5 stars, 6, 10 stars. Guillermo deserves the highest. I worked with G on selling my house, and then buying the house i live in now. He sold my house in 2008, when nothing was moving! Got the best price for it also. Then he was the agent when i bought my house in 2014. That was one of the most competitive markets in history! His guidance and strategies got me into a great home. He is still the "hardest working man in the real estate business". He can sell and buy in the most difficult markets. I highly recomend Guillermo!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Guillermo Reyes multiple times over the years, and I can’t recommend him enough. In 2012, when the market was highly competitive, he helped us buy the home we wanted. His deep knowledge of the local market and keen sense of real estate trends were invaluable. Guillermo Reyes has been our realtor for over a decade. He has done several deals for us involving residential and investment properties. In each transaction we were extremely happy, as he was always prepared and involved in every phase of the transaction. In each transaction in addition to providing us with comparative market analysis, he also obtained all reports (roof, foundation, termite etc) , read them all diligently and made comments, asked questions, and obtained answers for us. He was upfront about all the issues and negotiated the purchase price and cost of repairs as if he was purchasing it for himself. He was 100% involved in every phase of the transaction. Even talked to the mortgage loan officer, kept on top of it, made sure we met the closing date!! His network of mortgage lenders, termite and roof inspectors, handymen, contractors, etc, is excellent. They were easy to talk to, easy to work with and charged reasonable for the high quality work they did for the properties we purchased, he visited the properties on his own and use his ‘eye for detail’ and find any issues with the property and talk to the sellers on his own when we saw it, almost all issues were resolved. For us, that saved us a lot of time and trips to the properties. Being in real estate for over 35 years, we have met many realtors but have not met anyone better than Guillermo!! He is honest and straight forward. He has tremendous knowledge of market and has excellent communication and negotiating skill.
