Expects you to stop everything your doing to accommodate them for showings. Expected me to allow them into my home with my children, oldest was 15 while home alone.

Rented with this company at the Smart Lofts at Glenn & Mountain for a year and would never rent from them again. First, the lofts are poorly maintained and I had problems with roof leaks and faulty appliances the entire time I lived there. Habitation is difficult to communicate with for repairs and, in my opinion, do not have the bandwidth to service all the properties they manage. They also took over $800 (!) for cleaning, carpet shampooing and landscaping from my deposit in addition to the hundreds of dollars of non-refundable deposit I paid at beginning of the lease. At this point, I'm just glad to be rid of them and into a much better living situation with a smaller, more responsive property management company.

Just rented from this co and nothing but problems since. I’m disabled and need a little consideration from their maintenance department. They want to come into my unit when they want an refuse to reschedule. They have even told me they will use their key to come in when I am not home. Unprofessional and leaving me feeling uncomfortable.

Scheduled a showing of a property at a specific time and there were 4 other prospective tenants at the same time! The house was filthy and immediately a turn off!! They definitely need a cleaning company to make sure the property is appealing and doesn’t have a horrible smell but I’ll hand it to their photographer, they made it look good.

I have not had a good experience living here, while the Condos are nice inside. The actual management company does a poor job. I put in a maintenance request to have our leaking roof fixed in July. Isn’t being addressed until after I move out? I can never get ahold of anyone when I call. You can definitely tell they may just be concerned about making money and not taking care of their tenants. It is too bad because there is a potential for this place to be better.

22 empty unit's..spent there time

Realty not your thing .buy a car
Wash ..no pressure there..
