We were referred to Heather by a friend who had worked with her, and we had an equally great experience. Heather is very professional, but also extremely fun to work with! She always had time to answer my questions and update us on things. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking to rent or buy in the LA area. (Bonus: Her website is a GREAT tool to search for properties, something we took advantage of a lot. Plus Heather is very tech savvy and prompt with text replies!)

She found us the home we wanted, helped us in the lengthy and complex negotiations, was always positive, efficient and responsive...and generally did what was needed to GET IT DONE! I would have no hesitation in recommending Heather to anyone in search of a new home!

Worst experience of my life dealing with her. She made me pay $40 for my background check and after approving my application she sent me an congratulations email. But after that, she never contacted me. I called her several times over next few days, but she didn't answer. Then I called her from a different number and she picked up right away. I asked her why she didn't answer my call and then she said she was sick and was not picking up calls. She promised to call me back later that day again, which she never did, but sent me an email saying that she cant rent the apartment anymore because she is sick. For me it was weird because she doesn't even live in that apartment, i was supposed to share the apartment with her son. I think she rented that apartment out to someone else. I felt like she is kinda racist too. Buying property or renting from her, I do not recommend doing business with her.
