Our experience with Hembree & Associates, has been outstanding. We have worked with Dawn FitzGerald in so many capacities. We first met Dawn when we leased an office nearly fifteen years ago. After that lease term ended, we then went on to purchase a three unit commercial property that Dawn found us. Dawn was able to locate properties that matched our business needs and budget. We have also worked with Dawn to lease our properties (successfully) over the past ten years. Working with Dawn in so many different business dealing we have learned: Dawn only operates with integrity, in the best interests of her clients, provides accurate and timely communications and most importantly she is genuinely a nice person. Her knowledge of the commercial real estate market, her professionalism and tenacity to get the job accomplished is unmatched.

We have also had the opportunity to work with Joe Hembree. Mr. Hembree is readily available to discuss real estate trends and opportunities, both from his perspective as a developer and veteran of the commercial market. In addition we have had the opportunity to work with Kyle Hembree in a property management capacity. Kyle is both knowledgeable and available to address any and all property issues ranging from landscaping to budgets and so much more. Kyle has a broad contact base with local vendors to accomplish the needs of his clients. Kyle's budget management skills has ensured that our office park is continuously and properly funded, which as a result has fostered a successful partnership in overseeing property interests. Kyle's integrity and that of his staff makes Hembree & Associates a superior property manager in the industry.
