As a tenant, HPM is literally impossible to get in contact with. I've been calling the office for a year and not a single person has ever returned my call. Somehow every single property manager is busy every single time I've called for the past year.

On the Property Owners side, we highly recommend Henry Property Management (HPM). We have rented our home through HPM for about 12 years. During that time, we had four tenants, and all were well-vetted and caring of our home. In no small measure this is a credit to the thorough tenant evaluation and selection process utilized by HPM.
The Staff Personnel at HPM are outstandingly professional and trustworthy – which is hugely important, when as the Property Owner, it is not possible or convenient to double check and validate needed repairs in-person on property service requests. In fact, one of the many attributes of HPM, is the precision and accuracy of their service notices and fairness in requesting when repairs are necessary. As appropriate to the situation, HPM always offers a selection of options from which, the Owner can choose which best suits their needs.
The HPM Staff constitutes the foundational support of what Henry Property Management is all about. Their outstanding service and rapid location of tenants creates enormous value for Owners. There is none better at both Service and tenant procurement than Jenna Leiberman. She is completely attuned to each tenants’ and owners’ situation - relative to the property's needs -- and her situational practicality and rapid response communication is outstanding.
From a Property Owner’s perspective, there are no greater accolades higher than the ability to completely trust that the Property Management Company, and know they are is respecting the home in proxy for the owner and in the process, striking the balance of fairness of cost and value between tenant and owner.

Buyer beware! Henry Properties is now charging all renters an extra $35 every month for something they call a 'Renters Benefits Package.' This fee adds up to $420 more a year for "air filters, rental insurance, and credit building". No matter how they frame it, you are paying $420 extra/year on top of your rent. Other places usually let you choose if you want to pay for extra things, but not here. Read their website. You have literally no choice. It feels predatory, and helped us decide to not renew our property lease. It's an obvious crash grab and highly insulting at that. A textbook way to lose clients and accumulate negative reviews that will persist for god knows how many years. Penny wise. Pound foolish.

Have gone from being a longtime home owner to becoming a renter over the past several years. I have now been associated with several different property management firms with varying types of experiences. I have now rented through Henry for 8 months and could not be more pleased. Not only do they serve those owners they manage for in a very professional manner but they also serve the renters with equal professionalism. They are quick to respond to problems and requests and resolutions. They are understanding of the meaning of service. The office staff are wonderful to work with and although I have a choice of mailing my payment monthly I much prefer to visit them in person.

I recently moved to a property managed by Henry Property Management. Not only do I love the property, I am super impressed with their superior customer service, especially the property manager Jenna Lieberman. Shortly after moving in, the water heater went out. Ms. Lieberman jumped into action right away and was very efficient in making sure the water heater was replaced quickly. The maintenance staff is professional and efficient as well. This is the best rental experience I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend Henry Property Management!
