Since our location was nearly 3 hours away, Hertha immediately initiated a Zoom meeting where she was able to help us in articulating what features of our dream home were most important to us.

During a spur of the moment trip to Paso Robles, we were treated to a tour of the different neighborhoods, all the while learning about aspects of living within and outside of the city limits. This was such a kind gesture (especially since we had our dog with us) and helped us eliminate certain areas of the region.

We “toured” nearly all of the properties online but when a promising house came on the market in one of our desired neighborhoods, Hertha went the extra mile in taking pictures of the sunset out of the kitchen window (one of my desired requirements).

Finally, after 8 months, Hertha alerted us to a very special listing which ended up being our Dream Home. Her dedication to all aspects of the buying process allowed us to make an offer and close within a record 30 days. Drawing on her expertise, she kept everything moving – the inspections, paperwork review and lining up immediate support for maintenance of the property since we were not local.

It was a pleasure to have Hertha as our agent and would not hesitate to recommend her to our friends considering purchasing a new home. The level of customer service she extended to us was exceptional and we are endlessly grateful for her good energy, sense of humor and kindness.
