Over 55 years we have purchased five homes.
Working with Ryan has been a wonderful experience. (The best yet) He knew what we were looking for n found it.
The purchasing process was seamless.
We purchased an ‘older’ residence which requires repairs and updates. Now Ryan is helping in connecting us to the service people needed.
Ryan has been by our side from day one. He is always available when we have a question.

I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give a zero.. My wife sold her house to Ryan and his team, he gave a sob story and said someone else was buying the house, he also didn’t fix a problem that he said needed it but paid less because of it.. make sure you always check the electric and the air conditioning. Truly he was rude to my wife who I was about to marry, and said they would rent the house to single moms to help them.. All lies.. my wife and I have bought a house since then and Hickory Hill rented to families near me and he lied and even booted families so he could make a quick buck.. now to find out less than four years later he of course sold the house my wife owned for almost double.. this may not be everyone’s experience but it was ours and I will not and have not lied about any of this.. I am ex navy and so is he and sorry to say he doesn’t have honor, courage or commitment to families of this community.. And if you disagree Ryan or the heads at Hickory feel free to contact me and we can have a civil chat.. Stop lying and intimidating people in need…If anyone needs a realtor that will take care of you please let me know I have a few friends that could help..

My husband and I have been with Hickory Hill Realty for the past 3 years. The only reason we are leaving is because we are moving out of state, and can’t take Ryan with us. This is our fourth home purchase, but the first home here in Florida. My husband and I started searching three years ago. We worked with several different realtors that didn’t pay attention to what we were looking for.
BUT…. That change the day we met Richard Trzaskoma!!! We all sat down, face to face over lunch and he listened to what we wanted in a home. We had challenging specifications that were important to us and not so easily found in this area. And… his search was on.
In only a couple months we were sitting together closing on our new home!!!

I have dealt with many management companies renting homes. This company is the first I have had a positive experience with. Hickory Hill is very much a family business that takes pride in putting family's into homes. They go above and beyond to work with you. It was exciting to talk to them about the area, they have pride in their community.
