My experience with this organization was wonderful. I needed to get CPR licensed and this place was local. Part of the training was online and then in-person for about 4 hours. The trainer was amazing. I forget her name but she was very friendly and super knowledgeable. I felt bad because everyone in class, including myself, was quiet but it didn’t matter to her. She kept a positive attitude the whole time. Also, I received the products I ordered after class. I took the class a Saturday morning. I would highly recommend it.

Andrew did an excellent job of breaking down the crucial information about CPR and handling active shooter situations, making it easy to understand. I appreciated how considerate he was, offering us the option to leave if the active shooter training felt uncomfortable. I walked away feeling that the training was both useful and productive.

Had an amazing day of training to be certified in CPR/AED. The instructors at HDTS made the class fun with lots of information and training scenarios. I definitely feel prepared should I ever need to use CPR or an AED. Thanks HDTS for the training.

This is my second time taking the CPR/AED/First-aid training from High Desert Training Services. It was just as good the second time. I really felt like when I left I could perform CPR. There was a lot of hands on practice.

The training was excellent. The subjects (CPR, BLEEDING CONTROL, OPIOD OD RESPONSE) were presented very well, included plenty of hands-on class participation, and our instructor (Andrew) kept us engaged the whole time, which was just a little more than 3 hours. It wasn't only worth the monetary cost to attend, it was worthwhile: I'm very glad to have attended the training. While I hope to never have to use the training, I'm confident I can give aid to someone that needs it. Great job Andrew! I really look forward to the next training session by HDTS.
