Horrible customer service! Building clerk Voinetta was extremely rude and sarcastic. The city revived documents and never replied to emails. There is a lot to improve, especially the attitude of the city staff.

A nightmare for any HOMEOWNER who is trying to make improvements on their home.. you have house in the city, people who live behind you, whose homes should be condemned, amd you have honest, hard working people, they're giving hell to for a driveway. No one is efficient!! I'm so over this process.

Customer Service is terrible. Guy by the name of Alex is completely out of place and should not be anywhere near customer service! Very rude and not helpful in the least bit!

- Whenever he answers the phone: we just hang up and try again later in hopes of avoiding him!

Not sure what the issue is with this permitting department but something has to change!!!! Customers should not have to suffer so badly as a result of an incompetent department. 9 weeks to approve a very very simple non complex commercial roofing project is unacceptable.

Zoning department has issues with everyone always . Engineering department seems like their staff isint trained correctly . The girls at the main building department division are great ! They are caring and will do everything to help you .

They put a new cellphone booth for people to charge their phone .... Unfortunately they don't have the c cable for Samsung phones . Everyone seems to get upset ..

Terrible experience, trying to solve a situation with a permit for more than 2 weeks now, and every single time I call somebody has a "new process" or FORM that needs to be fill, there is a lack of knowledge and communication between departments, they transfer you over just to get rid of you and they ask for names while they do not even tell you their names, trying to blame the previous person that spoke to the customer, it is outrageous the way they do business, here some names: Florence, Jalisa James, you replied the emails and they never get back to you, you request a supervisor or manager they hung up or transfer you without telling you that you actually going to be transfer. CITY OF HOLLYWOOD please do something about it, plus they only work from MONDAY TO THURSDAY. something has to be done with this situation affecting thousands of customers.
