Roxanna McNeilly is an incredible realtor who really cares about her clients. She has helped my older son buy a house a couple years ago and recently helped my younger son buy his house. Unbelievable Turnaround Timeframe. Before working with the Homan Realty Group, we had what every person fears, an over confident realtor who priced our house so far out of reality we sat for almost two months without one walk through even though we had multiple open houses. We fired that realtor. We were desperate, as we were going to lose out on the dream home we found. Tom Homan, Jr stepped in and sat down with us. He personally went through great lengths to help a fellow veteran understand where the market was and what needed to be done to sell the house for maximum profit. We took the steps he mentioned, and after only 2 weeks in one of the worst months to sell a home, we had an offer! We couldn't believe it. He worked on everything to ensure a smooth transition to our new home. Tom Homan Jr is a true man of his word. From start to finish, he never slowed his pace to help this family. I had the pleasure of working with Tom Jr. The experience was better than I expected. My father pasted away and I had to sell his house. I live out of state so I couldn't be there to oversee the sale. Tom kept me informed every step of the way. During the sale process we went through 2 hurricanes. Tom checked on the house and made all the arrangements for any of the repairs. He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him if you are looking to sell your house.

Recently I had the need to find a realtor for the sale of my home located in Hernando Beach Florida while I resided in Alabama. I reached out to Mr. Albert Vermeire with the Homan Group of Springhill Florida from a recommendation of a local individual that I had met while in the area. From the first day we met, I felt like I was dealing with an old friend that wanted to do anything and everything possible to make the sale of the property as smooth as possible. Upon the initial walk-through of the house, Al identified several things that he felt needed to be addressed to make the house more appealing to the buyer. Since I was leaving to return home, he provided me with several names of reputable contractors to assist in the accomplishment of these improvements. Al went above and beyond by sending me pictures daily of the progress being made, and final photos before I made payment to the individual contractors. He not only worked as my realtor but also functioned as my project manager. Once the work was complete, Al and the whole Homan group worked diligently to advertise and market the property for sale the first day after the work was completed. I was kept in the loop on every scheduled showing, as well as the result of each showing and any comments made by potential buyers. Within two week we had multiple offers on the table and Al was right there to assist in negotiating a full asking price offer. Again, since I was out of town, AL orchestrated all of the required inspections and identification of a top-notch Title Company that was able to have the property ready for closing within 25 days of signing the sales agreement. The closing was scheduled at a time convenient for me to be in town for signing and allowed me to answer any questions of the new owner. If I could give 10 Stars in this evaluation I would as Al and the entire Homa Team exceeded any expectation I might have had in finding an honest and easy to work with realtor.

Travis from Homan Realty Group has captured the lost art of customer service! From the onset to the final step in completing the purchase of our home Travis performed his tasks as if he were a concierge in an expensive hotel! The importance of the compilation of steps in this process was elevated to an extremely attentive expert as he ensured all interactions necessary, was
driven to ensure that our deepest needs were met. Something that is often lost in the effort to “Close the Deal”. Within this interaction Travis insured that he did not belittle our knowledge of the steps of purchasing a home as we have done so multiple times. Nor did he remove the importance of injecting variables that otherwise we might have missed as multiple steps for the completion of a purchase can arise from legal variables that exist in different localities. I am writing this because it is important for someone such as this individual to be given the opportunity to express his obvious skill of real estate sales for that field to remain seen as something not to be compared to the rhetoric of a used car purchase.
