I don't typically write reviews, but I could not pass up the opportunity to do so for Preston. At the end of the day, a realtor's job is to close a deal, but with Preston it goes beyond that. He genuinely cares for people and his heart's desire is to serve you to the best of his ability. My wife and I could not be more grateful to him for his care and attention. As a first time home buyer, this process is intimidating, but there is no stupid question nor insignificant detail when it comes to working with Preston. There's only one realtor I will refer my friends and family to moving forward, and that's Preston McGann.

If you are looking for a realtor, I would like to recommend Preston McGann. I had my house on the market for over a year with another realtor, a friend recommended Preston; he came to the table with a plan and some creative solutions to improve the home's positioning. We landed a full-price offer - $30K higher than previously listed - on listing day, and with his help working with the buyer, we were able to close 18 days later. If you are just looking for a "Listing agent," go elsewhere; however, if you are looking for someone to SELL your house, give Preston a call.
