This market is tough and with my son being a first time homebuyer, looking in a price range with slim pickings, I was prepared for a hard time. However, Jonilyn made it seem easy. She responded quickly when we wanted to see something or had questions, offered sound advice, and was always friendly. Jonilyn was a great agent. She was very helpful from the beginning with excellent suggestions as to where to spend my energy and money preparing it for sale, and patience with me as it took a bit of time to get the work done. When it came time to post, she was right on it, had everything ready to go and it was up and going right away. Her suggestions were spot-on, things happened quickly, we had several offers. Jonilyn was prompt with all of the contacts, requests and documents and very helpful in educating me on the content and impact of each so we could make informed decisions. The whole process was very smooth and went rather quickly. She was attentive, communicative and very personable throughout the process, and felt like she definitely had my interests in mind. Kinda felt like my friend helping me sell my house, and I really appreciated all she did. A great experience all the way through!

Jonilyn is a very caring and personable. We live in a different city 250 miles from where we were selling our home and Jonilyn was able to do the entire sale remotely. She took care of all the issues that arose and even helped with interacting with the renters we had in the home at the time of the sale.
