5/5 recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from House of Cars! I found this vehicle listed online, inquired, and checked it out same day. Upon arrival (an hour and a half drive), Cristian came outside and greeted me and knew exactly what I was here for. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle right away and he helped me the whole way when it came to purchasing the vehicle. I purchased and was able to drive it home after TWO days of checking out the car. Thank you Cristian for making this the easiest process ever. Thank you House of Cars for my 2017 BMW 440i!

PEASE PLEASE PLEASE! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! My boyfriend bought his GMC terrain from this dealership, car shown in the picture below, he was so excited to have this car after being without a car for a few months. After literally 2 months of having the car the engine goes, he is now paying for not only a dead car but also for insurance that he can’t even use, he tried calling the dealership but they callously just told him to total it with the insurance, which still leaves him without a car. This economy has been tough enough with the rise in prices on everything. It takes a real evil person to sell a lemon car to someone without a care in the world especially in these times, please please please SAVE YOUR MONEY, these people are truly working in vain and they’re only looking for the commission to pay their own bills and vacations without truly caring about the customer. This place is undeniably unprofessional and maliciously taking your money, please please please do not go here !!!!!!!!

I dont normally do reviews, but this has been one of the worse experiences ever
I purchased a car early February with the additional warranty which was supposed to cover everything except cosmetics
Within 3 months and an oil change in between the car engine blew
The warranty that i purchased did not cover anything and the dealership would not help with anything and told me to have my insurance handle it
The sales rep stated the warranty rep said one thing while the warranty company stated another
Back and forth for months and the dealership or warranty held no responsibility
With a blow engine and costs to repair is worth more than the car i am paying monthly for car note and insurance a long with public transportation for work
3 MONTHS!! The car lasted with payments still coming
Pleasee do not do business with this place
Ive had no help in this situation
