This has been one of the most disappointing experiences of my life!! My s.o. and I have been registered for nine yrs and finally got picked for a place but No One prepared us for what was coming. The property management company is charging us an $1800 security fee!! We're both on small pensions and they KNOW this!! Totally unfair!!

It’s unbelievable that they issue a voucher and then say you have 60 days to use it yet they never answer their phone to answer questions. Some of the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced. With a dozen phone calls and a half doesn’t emails. Nobody has responded to answer a simple question. Not only that, but you can’t even get through to anybody regardless of what number you call what email you email the question to nobody responds. It’s like crickets. They get administrative fees to do their job.

I’m beyond disgusted with the lack of service received by this housing authority office. They are not helpful and never respond to emails or phone calls. I would recommend anyone who’s considering moving to this county to be very careful, because you might risk losing whatever assistance you currently have dealing with these people.

this is ridiculous,I've been calling this place,for 4 days I just simply want to know about an inspection.you call the worker you email and there's really nobody overseeing these places at some point something's got to give we're talking about from 9:00 to 5:00 nobody answers the phone you leave messages nobody returns calls and if you're lucky to get a reply from an email.... good luck. It's ridiculous that people that are in charge of helping people don't really want to help people. Rude nonchalant about things that have a time frame on them nobody wants to call a place a million times a day and be ignored.

Now facing eviction and lost my section 8 all due because my worker never answered the phone or returned emails they never updated my rent when I lost my job they told me to go get 3 jobs so I can pay my rent. Any other county would have adjusted your part to pay when income have changed. I could not port out due to being behind in rent this county is a joke we need to all come together report them to the news or something

I am really appalled. I don’t know what to do what to say or who to even contact to get a different opinion or to see if a different decision can be made but I originally applied for section 8 in 2007 once I finally reached out to someone they let me know I was removed from the list in 2009. I reapplied in 2022 before I was informed with that information, so I asked questions, because why wouldn’t they reach out to me I thought . Well, Susan, I believe her name was explained to me that I did not have a forwarding address that’s false information. I have proof of that because my forwarding address is still currently the same from 2009 and I have proof through Edison because they definitely have the forwarding address Howard no one else have that access I don’t know. I am a mother of six and we all know how expensive it is out here a single mother of six might I add. I know you used to sign up they tell you it’s gonna take seven years, but never in my mind did I think the community which I reside and represent with deny service of that nature I waited for more than seven years and now I’m still currently waiting. I have reached out to many people and no one has contacted me. I believe it’s not going to work in my favor, but I am going to share.

Is this place OPEN...Why, when you get connected, the recording, constantly says"this person is on the phone",&& there is no way to leave a message.......Is this a liget business....Whyyyyyyyyyy are you not answering the phone, I have no transportation......I have been literally, trying to get in touch with these people for 2yrs, what is the problem....Public Housing Authotity, you can't be serious....
