Avoid this place. H&R Block prepared and sent in my taxes. I received a letter from the IRS, stating that errors existed on my tax return. I even purchased the "piece of mind" (what a joke). H&R Block corporate; do not respond providing your toll free number. There is nothing you can do for me.

I enjoyed the H&R block app. But I prefer the appointment with a professional at my location better because I'm more of a face to face person. He was very professional and very understanding. He got me threw all of my taxes and helped me understand what all got deducted from my tax return

We never have to worry about our service at Debbie's office. She is a true professional and she has a well trained staff. Plus, they make you feel at home and their desire to complete your taxes for you is obvious. Tax day can be really stressful. At Debbie's office the stress level is really calmed down and you can even count on a smile and maybe even a laugh or two before you are done. She should be commended by her superiors and make sure you let her staff know also. We are extremely happy and would never go anywhere else for our tax preparation. We always tell all our friends that H&R Block is the only place in Ridgecrest to have your taxes done!

I've been going to h and r block for 99% of my taxable life. My husband and i love Steven's laid back but professional attitude. It doesnt feel like a chore to get our taxes done.
