I am still in the process of looking for the house for myself and my 8 year old, but I wanted to comment with a review and say that Sue Esposito & Mandy are both great to have on your side. Mandy is Sue's assistant, and they make a great team together. Sue & Mandy does not matter the time it takes you, the amount of money that you feel comfortable with, and they do not rush you at all. They are always around to answer any questions you might have because someone like myself is new at all this. I am happy and excited that I have a friend who recommended her because once I finally go 100% with buying, I have a wonderful team by my side. Thanks, Sue and Mandy, for everything, those questions I had, and all the other stuff outside of this house surfing you both helped me out with. When we decided we were interested in finding a home close to a waterfront or with water views and ease of access for the kayaks, we contacted Brian McCarthy at Home Selling Team in Mansfield. One of us had worked with HST twice before, once to purchase a home with an HST team member in 2005, and later in 2019, with Brian, to sell a cash only fixer upper home in Coventry. He was easy to work with and responsive - even when he was on vacation.
We felt no rush to buy and were just looking to have someone on our team to help us find the right property. Brian was right on it, recommending a number of places for us to look at. Brian's knowledge of the local real estate market and the systems in place at his office soon allowed us to take a look at an off-market property. We were reluctant to view the property because we thought the house was too big for us, but Brian insisted and we reluctantly acquiesced. That turned out to be a good decision on our part. We loved the home, the view and the proximity to a lake. The house needed some floor plan changes but Brian helped us through the process of negotiating an offer that was accepted. We are on the way to making it our own and we’re looking forward to summer 2024.
Three experiences later with Brian McCarthy and the HST Home Selling Team, we thank Brian for his help and expertise and recommend him without reservation!
