Ashton and Russell were great and made the sale of our property to their company easy. There were a number of issues with the property which we thought would make the sale complicated; however, it wasn't. Also, given the issues with the property, we thought they would not give us a good offer, but they did and it was very reasonable. If you have reservations about I Buy SD or think they are too good to be true, don't. They are trustworthy and they deliver on their promises.

GG Homes was a pleasure to work with. I can highly recommend them if you are considering selling a home. We had some tenant issues which took a few months to resolve but in the end it worked out perfect. Through the process, we worked mostly with Ashton Mauser who was really fantastic. She was always helpful to the fullest extent possible and always had a good attitude. She really was instrumental in getting the deal done.
