I went from owning, utilizing, and maintaining a brick-and-mortar office to a home office and membership with Intelligent Office. the Intelligent Office receive phone calls is to free up some of my time answering calls yet not miss calls that are important and require my action or attention. To be sure, this is working as I am not spending nearly the amount of time on answering phones ... so much so I worry that I am missing important calls. Perhaps there is a way of finessing the instructions to allow for calls to come through that I have not been getting without inundating me with unnecessary interruptions.

The intelligent office staff are exceptionally well trained and professional to the point that a caller would believe they are part of my office staff. As such there services would qualify as exceptional customer service without a doubt.

Bottom line .. the amount of time that has been saved for me has proven to be much more valuable than the cost of their services.

There is nothing more frustrating than getting an automated voice answering machine when trying to reach someone. Intelligent office was the perfect fit for my business. I am Broker/Owner of a real estate company and with the agents busy schedules it is imperative we receive phone calls as they are coming in. Intelligent Office had just what we were looking for. A live person answering the phone and directing the calls to where they needed to go. I can be on vacation and still get the phone calls I need to keep my business going. I have been a client of Intelligent Office since 2017 and they are AMAZING. We started off in the virtual office which was very convenient to schedule when we needed to use it. However, as our business grew, we now have a long term office and the view is breath taking! The front office staff is amazing and very friendly. They juggle a lot of different clients and do so in such a professional way. They are always friendly and eager to help whenever it is requested of them. Whenever there is an issue that pops up, they are quick to resolve it. Most of our clients comment how beautiful the facilities are when they come in for appointments. I have been a client since 2017 and can't say enough good things about the office, team and management. I started off using the virtual office until I had a team and outgrew the space. Now we have a designated office in the Oro Valley and Tucson locations. We also utilize scheduling services and have been very pleased. We are a very busy medical office with complicated insurance billing. The staff is able to correctly answer the many questions we received daily and accurately manage 6 providers' schedules. They have become an integral part of our team!
