Me arrependo de ter fechado aluguel de um imóvel com essa empresa ,eles cobraram do nosso depósito um valor absurdo pelo ar condicionado que deu problema na peça e pela pintura externa da casa que deveria ser do proprietario do imóvel. CUIDADO .

I regret having closed a rental agreement with this company. They charged us an absurd amount of deposit for the air conditioning unit that had a problem and for the exterior painting of the house, which should have been done by the property owner. BE CAREFUL.

SHADY AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

My family and I booked through Airbnb an accommodation with them. 2-3 hours before we arrived there we woke up with a huge list of rules that we were not aware of, neither sent prior as it would be normal, to see if you want to comply or not.

However, since we had no choice, we went through each rule and we complied. The second day one of the toilet clogged, although the rules mentioned that toilet paper was allowed.

The host sent a handy man who went through our bag of toilet supplies and unclogged it in less than 5 minutes with a toilet plunger. Everything was ok for the rest of the stay just to wake up after we left with false accusations.

Investe tried to frame us and sent false evidence to Airbnb. They tried to steal almost 140$ from us.

Please, make yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. They will definitely find something to make money on your back.

Tried to rent a house this company held. We had our own rental agent helping us. The person handling the showing and calls on this property was an agent for this company. This company was the owners of property. Let me tell you one hand doesn't know what other does or agreed to. We were not allowed to bring in application. We had to go into a fed ex and print fill out and fax back only to them. We paid a fortune in fees to fed ex to do this as application and supporting documents were ridiculous.. we also had pay 100. Non refundable. They also wanted a deposit on house before they approved us.. your joking right... now mind you.. understand people. My husband and I have a high credit score and higher income over 7 times the monthly rent asking. .. they approved us.. we drove in to office to sign a lease waited for hour and half to be told they "now" were not approving us.... this was all due to the original rental agent on their behalf agreed to lease a mere 40$ less a month. We wasted a lot of time with this company. They are shady. My husband's company paid a lot of money to pay for a hotel transportation and arental agent for us to secure a home. As we were moving from another state. Poor business ethics morale. Stay away. I wish I had been warned to stay away would not have wasted money effort and time .

they are very unprofessional , their fees never balance out , over charge everything ! they forge imaginary dates and late fees and threatened to keep the deposit if you do not comply with their demands. When complaints are made for repairs they do not respond , replay to your messages , and when you are able to contact them repairs are delayed by weeks. They lie regarding dates , and harass you every time they like
THEY DEFENATELY THINK THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW , and exploit those who are vulnerable and do not know their LEGAL RIGHTS. Be aware that at the day they deliver the proprieties to your hands they take thousands of pictures in order to take possession of your deposit . They are really SLUM LORDS ... so to make the story short ,they are pain in the neck and i do not recommend them to any body ! the miss treatment is horrible

Stayed at one of their properties this last weekend using Air BnB. We paid almost $1,000 dollars for three nights to have a pool home with a jacuzzi. The home smelled like stale cigarette smoke, the pool heater didn't work, the jacuzzi heater and bubble didn't work. The A/C constantly froze up and had the house a very muggy 79 degrees inside. The grill has a locked cable on it and you have to pay $60 AND provide your own propane to use it. This is borderline criminal and we will be filing a formal complaint with the floida realtor board association, the HOA, and Florida dept of agriculture and consumer services.
