Had a great stay over four days with easy access to Breckenridge Resort. House had everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Loved how every switch and cabinet shelves were labeled.

Hot tub was easily used and temp was great!

One customer experience that could have gone very poorly was restored quickly when we called about no water pressure in the house. Risa and Becky responded within 30 minutes and the situation was resolved with the hour. Only wish we would have acted sooner two days before when pressure seemed low but Becky saved the last two days!

How an organization responds in tough situations makes all the difference and Invited Homes proved they are inviting!! Thanks team for a great visit!!

We stayed at this beautiful lodge with 9 adults and 3 kids under the age of 2 at the end of September, and it exceeded our expectations. The hot tub was a definite highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully stocked, although I recommend bringing along plastic wrap, plastic bags, and tin foil. The pots and pans are usable but not of the highest quality, though we had no issues cooking multiple meals in the kitchen.

The main living area is much more open than it appears in the photos, offering a spacious, connected flow from the front door through the living room, dining room, and kitchen—ideal for large groups. Each of the four king bedrooms has an attached bathroom, which provided ample privacy and comfort for each family.

The deck is incredibly peaceful, offering a great spot to enjoy the surroundings. The location is also perfect—just a short 10-minute drive to town and only 5 minutes from the stunning Blue Lakes Trails. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and spacious mountain retreat!

Be sure to confirm there is enough small pieces of wood on site to use the pizza oven.

This home is gorgeous, and well-suited for 4 couples, an elder, and a toddler. The ammenities were top notch, and the surrounding views are absolutely beautiful. An informational folder for guests was very helpful for how to use electronics, the hot tub, and what to expect around the home and around Breckenridge. We saw deer, a fox, a momma bear and her cubs, and a lot of chipmunks. I would recommend this home to anyone and would love to return again some day.

The home was amazing. It was a perfect venue for our business retreat, comfortably accommodating nine adults. The location had enough large spaces to gather and also amazing views from nearly every room. It was also walkable to downtown Breckenridge, which was a nice benefit.

Our church men's group of 14 stayed at an InvitedHome vacation home in Breckenridge for three nights in July. We had a wonderful time! The home was beautiful, and very aptly accommodated our group for making big meals, having great discussion (in the living room and on the back patio with fire pit), early morning coffee, late-night drinks, corn hole, hot tub time, cold plunge, sleep, and as a launching point for many outdoor activities: primarily biking, fishing, and hiking in and around Breck. We've stayed here for our retreat the last two years, and will be back again. The InvitedHome staff is always courteous, communicative, and prompt. Instructions are simple and clear. If you've not spent time in Breckenridge...it is a quintessential Colorado mountain town. Outstanding dining, shopping, outdoor activities, etc.
