Long story short, avoid this company!!! ISM will do all they can to avoid honoring your move-in deposits if and when you move out. The management team at the Rabbitbrush Run Apts in Elko NV are horrible!! They are fine as long as they are getting your money, but once you inform them you are moving, their tone quickly changes and their true colors come out. They do all they can to avoid honouring your move in deposits. If you have other options, definitely explore them first. The insulation between floors is horrible. You can hear a mouse fart from your neighbour’s unit!!!

I am moving out of one of the properties that they manage (Rabbitbrush Run in Elko, NV), and was told they do not honor my deposits or my last month rent that I paid when I moved in. Alana (the site Manager) told me that they do not have any record of my payment. When I moved in, I paid first, last, security deposit, as well as a $1,000 pet deposit. I no longer have a lease, I have been month to month for some time now. I highly recommend that you do not do business here.

I called to ask about 43rd place apartments. Taking off 2 stars because It is ridiculous to expect people to apply for an apartment without showings and that makes it feel like a scam. I called back and asked "Can you see the apartment before you sign the lease?" And.... the answer was basically, NO! Unless it is vacated at the time you're going to sign the lease, you cannot view the unit. What in the world is this I've never heard of applying, paying for the application fee ($45), AND signing a lease w/o EVER seeing the unit. I am taking off another 2 stars because of how unfriendly the person was on the phone and how little information she was able to provide about the actual unit. Giving one star because I called the phone number provided on google, and even though it went to their HR department she did her best to provide me with information. Although I am interested in their unit, It's insane to apply completely blind and be surprised with everything on your first day there. Seriously the worst policy i've ever heard of.

I dealt with cockroaches in my apartment. The building manager Brenda sent ‘exterminators’ a few times during the year that I was there and they never stopped coming in. Her solution was that my neighbors must be dirty and she’s done all she can. once the lease ended, I obviously moved out. It’s been two weeks since I moved out and haven’t heard from the property manager or leasing manager Kaylie about when i should expect my deposit. Kaylie didn’t show up to my final inspection either. These people are not helpful, not easy to deal with and incredibly difficult to get ahold of. 0/10 would not recommend doing business.

Sue is by far the most attentive and accommodating manager, she is very courteous and professional! If ever there was a issue or concern she immediately took care of it and followed through to insure the issue was resolved in a professional, respectful and timely manner. There was never a issue or a problem being overseen, she genuinely cares for the best of the residents!
