When My husband and I were selling our home and needed a rental in the school district Robb Kimble was by far the best to work with! He was patient, professional, kind and always made himself available. We’ve had some trouble registering for school with the new address and he has went above and beyond to make sure the district has everything they need! He knew my daily activities and my husbands by getting to know us. Like where he travels for work. He even researched every option to see the distance from each one before choosing what was the best match for me and my family! We are in a great location with a pool for the kids. The neighbors are kind and friendly. I really can’t say enough about how happy we are with Robb Kimble at Jack Lingo! Thank you guys so very much!

We love Delaware beaches and we visit every summer at least once! We love Jack Lingo realty because they are helpful, knowledgeable, have great homes for summer rentals and are go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! Robb Kimbles is the best! He will always go the extra mile to ensure a good vacation experience. One year, when the house we had rented had sustained water damage and would not be available, he went to great lengths to find us a wonderful replacement, which was not an easy task late in the summer. He is always so kind and helpful and we always have a great vacation!

We couldn't have been more satisfied with our experience with the folks at Jack Lingo. The check-in process was incredibly smooth and took no more than 2-3 minutes. We had an issue with a package being delivered while we were there and they took care of it instantly. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I LOVE Jack Lingo!! Every time I call the office, everyone is so kind and helpful! Gina Venables is the agent that I deal with for our summer rental over the past few years in the Rehoboth office! I absolutely LOVE her! She is always kind and ALWAYS helps me with all of my questions! She found us an awesome place to stay for the past few years, in an area in Rehoboth that I never thought about staying, and we just love it! Thank you, Gina and everyone that works in the office! When we pick up our packets at the beginning to dropping them off, the people working the lot on those days are so kind as well! You ALL ROCK!!!!! We've been renting our vacation property through Jack Lingo for years, and have always had a good experience. Prices are comparable to similar properties and they've always been willing to check on and fix any issues that come up. Only downfall is the check in process...even if you're rental is ready before 3 pm, you have to wait and then jump in a big line to get your keys. It would be so much nicer if we could check in a little earlier if our house is ready to avoid a pile up at 3 pm.
