I can't say enough. One of the standout features of Jaris is their strong communication and service. They are responsive to emails and phone calls, usually within hours, and they keep me informed of any major updates regarding situations. Whether it’s a routine maintenance issue or an emergency repair, I can always count on them to address it promptly. Not only are they great with customer service, I enjoy having honest and reliable people in my home. Call me old school, but a familiar is face is a wonderful thing. Repairs never got done after requesting over and over. Simply ignored us. Promised to replace the carpet after move-in and that never happened. After registering our vehicles to park in front of our unit, we still got notices to tow several times after that and it was so hard to get in touch with anyone who could help. Upon moving out, we cleaned the unit top to bottom. We took pics and a video and sent them to Barry. He said it looked great. We offered to meet him at the unit to make sure it was good to get our full deposit back and he declined...said it looked great. Then after 30 days and not receiving our deposit, we had to remind him to send it to us. He finally sent it to us minus a cleaning fee. We were very upset. That unit was much cleaner after we moved out than when we moved in. I would not recommend working with Jaris Realty.

I've been a landlord in Castle Rock for over 20 years. When I relocated out of state, I put my trust in Barry and Jaris Realty for my three properties. He found tenants for all of them and was communicative, personable, prompt and reliable. I would completely recommend this company if you are looking for a property manager anywhere in this area. Great customer service and provides every aspect of what makes a property management company exceptional.

Overall awful Property Manager.
Numerous maintenance items which either never got fixed the entire lease or took months with multiple request to get done. Tried to meet while moving out to confirm everything was acceptable. Said everything was fine and then withheld funds from deposit for cleaning. More than a little ironic given that when we moved in, there were dead bugs, dirty fridge, carpets that stunk of pet urine and blood and boogers on the bathroom walls.
Tried multiple times to reach to discuss deposit. Have photos to show that the items were actually clean. May have to file grievance with real estate commission.

Throughout the 2.5 years we were renting, we felt like he made a lot of effort in the beginning to ensure everything was up to standards, however he completely stopped responding after a month in. It took me continuously staying on him if we wanted anything repaired or fixed.

The landscaping was aweful and didn’t care for any of it. I spent a great amount of time and money fixing things myself since they couldn’t manage or do the job. The house was in better shape after we left prior to before moving in. Our doors were not properly sealed and tons of bugs and spiders coming in during the warm months, it took him over a year to get a new door, I knew he had forgotten 6 months in and still hadn’t ordered it and took zero initiative. Literally had to stay on him for months about it.

Clearly there was too much on his plate and he couldn’t manage it all, he also continue to rip us off with our deposit return. Lacks communication and highly recommend someone else who gets the job done without having to babysit. Gladly done with him

Barry Wolf and Patricia Nixon were fantastic. Because of a transfer of job to a new state, we needed to sell fast but wanted to retain our equity. They answered our questions and were able to sell our home in Castle Rock extremely quick and at the price we were asking for. We also moved before the sale and so they looked after our house until closing. Barry arranged the little bit of approvements that were asked for by the buyer and Patty made sure we received any left over mail and packages that were delivered after we moved. Thank you so much, if anyone is moving to Castle Rock or needing to sell, we could not recommend a better team. They will make you feel like family.

I've been searching for rental homes for my family, and happened upon Barry Wolf @ Jarvis Realty. Although he had no listings that met my needs currently, he still gave me an extraordinary amount of time to explain the market to me, things to look for, pitfalls to watch out for, and the best platforms to search. He was simply amazing, and essentially gave me a free tutorial on the modern rental market (it's been 20 years since we rented), and how various issues are handled.

Of all the agents (15+) that I've spoken with over the past few weeks, all were gracious, but Barry was simply on a another level. I rarely encounter such authentic, knowledgeable and clearly straight-up folks in the commercial sector. I'm an old guy, and learned long ago how to tell if someone is genuine -- Barry is the real deal. If at all possible, I will rent one of Barry's properties if I can, and regardless, I encourage anyone to give him a try. -- Gary
