Jason did an amazing job helping us find a property we love. We live in WI and houses/communities are very different in FL than what we are familiar with here. It took us seeing many different types of homes until we finally understood what we wanted. Jason was very patient with us the entire time, giving us the opportunity to see a lot of homes HE probably knew wouldn't work for us, but he knew we'd have to work through the process to draw our own conclusions. He was readily available by phone, email, or text, and got us in to see houses very quickly. He's very friendly and personable, and explains things so we can understand. He was very thorough when we went into each house, checking for signs of water damage, insects, pipe problems, fuse box issues, etc--things we wouldn't know to look for. We eliminated several houses based on things he found--he was very honest to do what was best for us instead of just trying to make a sale like other realtors might do. He stuck with us through the entire process; even now, after the sale, he is still helping us with recommendations for various projects and questions that come up on caring for a FL home. You will be very happy to work with an honest realtor who truly wants to help you. We'll definitely recommend him to our friends and family and will use him again for any future home purchases.
