Worst company ever, wish I could move their policies somewhere else. It took my rep an entire year to let me know that my son's policy needed a statement of insurability. Meanwhile his policy was on hold the entire time and they were pocketing the payments I was making for his account. I had to do an audit before they would admit to them pocketing the payments. They told me the audit would take 2 weeks to be done, but it took 6 weeks instead. Then they finally found the money that they had been pocketing, but it's been a fight the whole way. I also submitted a change of address that they failed to put into my account for over 6 months. If you have this company, make sure you are micromanaging everything because they will screw you any chance they get. Oh, and side note I have called 3 different times now to talk to someone about the paperwork I've sent in and every time I call, they say that department is not available and that they will have them call me back within 48 hours, but guess who still hasn't received any call backs? Me. It's literally been two weeks since they said they'd call me back...

Relocation to Colorado, searched many insurance company’s, got many quotes…Jenny by far was the best price for us and actually answered the phone! We did quotes online and once we decided on country financial she was the first agent who actually answered the phone! Country financials customer service line transferred us to 3 different agents who didn’t answer before I found Jenny myself!! Her reviews a great for a reason!
