I needed a one story house as I aged, and needed to sell the one I had been for 30+ years. The house I wanted to look at would not let me view it without having a Realtor to represent me. I called the “Dave Ramsey” number for a preferred Realtor in my area. I had a call back from Jim Ruddy within 5 minutes. Told him I needed to interview him before signing anything. He arranged for me to see the house anyway the next day. We loved it and we signed him to represent us. He had a contract within 2 weeks for our old house and us a contract for the new house in a day. Everything was handled with secure signatures online so we didn’t have to go back and forth between Realty offices for both sales. He handled Title Insurance and closings with us. Jim Ruddy was amazing and I would recommend him highly. Being. Dave Ramsey local Realtor is not an easy thing. Jim Ruddy made it easy for us.

I contacted him in early January 2024 to sell my townhouse. When he arrived for our first meeting and walk through he had done his homework, presented me with a very fair and comprehensive proposal. I immediately signed putting full faith in Jim.
