They had too many problems and rude / nonexistent management. Roach infestation. Termite infestation. Elevator fell with me in it. Cars broken into. Broken security gate. Broken front door. A/C was out 2 times, all summer and one winter. Lots of leaks and had to have a bucket in our living room. Vagrants in halls. They owe me over $200 for referring a friend my first month. They charged me to do pest control for their prior infestation when pest control came to my unit to prevent lower floor infestation spreading (illegal). They actually told me via email I should move out because they weren’t going to fix anything.

I was going to take them to court but realized it’s not worth my time. Will just report them to BBB and other government agencies with the info I have saved.

Anybody going to court now .. don't sign the paper to see that jugde they have when you get there tell them you'll wait for another judge. This whole company is shady. We had our manager literally lie under oath in court the other day. The judge and the attorney they hired were best friends. I had a lady tap me on the shoulder and tell me she overheard the conversation and they plan on lying..I advise not renting nothing unless you want to get scammed,mold in you unit infested with roaches .. they never fix anything they just want your money. I've already reported them and the pics I have to health department so hopefully something is done .

If I could rate this company lower I would. Beware of renting if they are the property managers. After I moved out of my apartment months later I received a letter saying I owed an insane and imaginary amount of money. I paid my rent on time and left no damages on the property when leaving so much so I expected my security deposit back. They're scammers.

Such a terrible company! I moved out on 12/22 and I never received my deposit back! I try to contact them by email, phone and even text msg! And no answer! It seems that my only option to get my money back is going to be small court! Terrible administration!

THIS IS FOR 9111 Burnet Ave North Hills CA 91343. No manager has ever lasted for more than 3 months. In June I let the supervisor Aveline know that I would be out of the country for vacation for a month. I asked for about an inspection notice and she told me that it wasn’t for my apartment. I email Aveline asking if she received my check for July’s rent and she replies that yes and there’s a new manager Magdalena, though she is a temporary manager. Magdalena emails me saying that there will be an inspection of all the apartments. I tell her to make sure that my door is securely locked and nothing is tampered with. When I come back after a month I find that the balcony doors are wide open and the AC has been on 24/7 since July 7th. I am NOT gonna pay the thousands of dollars the electric bill is going to come to. Take my advice DO NOT COME TO THIS APARTMENT. YOU ARE BETTER OF LIVING IN YOUR CAR OR YOUR MOM’S BASEMENT, Seriously.

If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would. I lived at 511 S. Park View St. Park view apts for 2 years. They charged me 2700 for a security deposit. I had the unit cleaned and they still took 461 for damages that weren't there, on top of when I went to cash the check they put a unrecognized signature so I couldn't cash the check. That's not even the half of complaints I had. I had to call the health department on them because they left my air conditioner broke in extremely hot weather for over 60 days. I know at least 5 other units had the same issue. Every time I called to speak with a supervisor in charge of my manager, I was always sent to voicemail and never a returned call back. The manager was careless about my issues and mostly was the problem. Did they ever care? No... If you're smart enough to read the review before renting from them, be smart enough to make a good decision not to give them yr hard earned money.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR SUN TERRACE APARTMENTS AT 8437 CEDROS AVE PANORAMA CA 91404 —— I currently live here. Moved in December 2021 and I signed a one year lease. The apartments are ROACH INFESTED and they don't mention that when you are looking to rent. Even when you view the apartment during the day roaches aren't out.The manager Magdalena is extremely rude and unprofessional, I had a call with her today and her supervisor VIRGINIA LESLIE was on 3 way. Magdalena told me to "Be Quiet" several times on the phone today and also hung up on me. This is all while her supervisor was on the line. VIRGINIA LESLIE didn’t bother to call me back to apologize on behalf of Magdalena. The homeless are always in our building and I live on the 3rd floor. The homeless have been in front of my unit door on the 3rd floor. Also i asked my pet to be removed from the lease and the Magdalena (the "manager") said any time she sees my pet it will be $50.00 . SAVE YOUR MONEY, THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS NOT WORTH IT!
