First, I want to start off with acknowledging how beautiful the unit it is. I absolutely love it. I had originally applied for a different unit but upon doing a walk through for this one I knew I had to have it. Management was very patient with me and processed my application for the unit I REALLY wanted. Roxana is amazing and upon moving in I did notice that some drawers were misaligned and dirty but when I brought it up to her she was very prompt to send someone to come clean and fix the problem. As well as my dishwasher breaking down, she and the management team were very adamant of getting me a new dishwasher which I love and appreciate. It got there quick and the maintenance worker was able to install it all by himself, great worker. Up to now I am very satisfied with JNM Realty and Roxana. I know they have many other buildings to take care of, so we must be considerate of their time and I understand if sometimes an order gets “lost” or “forgotten” but just be patient and keep letting them know. Overall they always follow up with me if something has been fixed or not and I appreciate that. Communication is key. I look forward to living here until I can find my own forever home, so I Thank JNM for being the intermediate ?

I have been renting for the last 15 years of my life- and dealt with so many companies and managers- this is undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. They are essentially impossible to get a hold of. They never follow up on maintenance requests in a timely fashion and most importantly they are the worst communicators of all time. They have no concept of customer service and they are incredibly unhelpful in the very rare instance you can actually get a hold of someone. I feel bad for the owner of the unit, because they probably have no idea how mismanaged their unit is- which results in pretty unhappy tennants.

If you like a company that never listens to your maintenance requests, this place is for you! We’ve submitted countless requests for a broken water heater that they ignored for 3 months. That eventually lead to a carbon monoxide leak in our unit and almost killed our two cats while we were at work. The fire department came and we had to evacuate the building for half a week. We also are extremely clean and made sure no food was ever left out, yet we saw cockroaches every single day in our unit. The gates in the back to park always slide off the track and if you can’t lift more than 40 pounds, you’re not going to be able to move the gate. Our neighbors also were extremely rude, leaving their dog’s poop out in a bag on the walkway instead of walking down to the trash to throw it out. Definitely do not ever recommend renting from JNM Realty.

Giving one star to this company is already painfully difficult. They have no care for their tenants and are incompetent themselves. As a leasing agency, they are unorganized, rude, and unfaithful to their tenants. They try and sweep you in by giving fair below market value rates and the units may appear nicer than others. But this is not woth dealing with the eventual headaches that will come once they are your leasing agency. Working with anyone here is asinine. Wish I was being overdramatic.

Absolutely the worst management company I've ever encountered, things stay broken in my building for years and they never fix anything. They have all kinds of excuses and always put you off but never actually do anything. Whenever I ask who's the manager of the building they give me a different person's name or say that person doesn't work here any more. I've had a mold issue in my bathroom for years that they just keep saying "were getting estimates" on fixing it. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! HORRIBLE!

Incredibly unprofessional. They misrepresented the unit when I went to see it in person and LIED about the parking.
Before applying, I did an in person walk through of the apartment and was shown, by their agent, a parking garage that was to be included in my lease. On the day of move in, i am told I do not have the garage, even though i did a physical walk through of what is supposed to be my parking, and i have to park outside. The old classic bait and switch. I would have never applied for an apartment that didn't have covered parking. They do not take responsibility for anything nor do they do ANYTHING to make the situation right for their tenants.

As a long time resident of one of their buildings I can confirm that they are what you'd call "slumlords". All of the tenants in our building share our disbelief and frustration with their complete lack of care. It's stunning and depressing.

They are unprofessional and inefficient. You can never get a hold of the property manager when it comes to emergencies. The company overall cares less about the tenants. Or giving them reasonable accommodations due to disabilities. Crystal Nevarez is absolutely unprofessional. She has 0 communication skills. This company has no base and structure!
