I had a excellent experience working with Jo. My lender recommended her and she reached out to chat to see what exactly I was looking for. Told my budget, priorities for what the house needed and we went from there. Started searching in Sept of 23 and closed on a home right after Christmas. She took her time finding home to tour across multiple weekends. She was patient with me as I was particularly picky. She was very helpful throughout the whole process and easy to work with over the phone or email as I was traveling extensively for work and holiday during the process (setting up mobile notary with the tittle company as I had to close while I was across the country). Even when we ran into last minute closing issues during Christmas she walked/eased me through the process as a first time homebuyer. I would definitely recommend working with Jo 🙂
