My wife and I originally approached Virga Realty to assist with us buying a house back in Dec. 2019. We are not a typical home buyer, we wanted to do most of the leg work ourselves. Though we had already spent some time on our own looking for houses, Joey gave us suggestions on several other places to look including a few new subdivisions. My wife fell in love with a new home that was still under construction in the Barrett's Park Subdivision.

Long story short, Joey and his team are good at what they do. We didn't tour any homes with Joey and decided on a new home quite quickly. Joey has still been available for us via phone, text or email, whenever we needed him. If this is your first experience in home buying, like it was ours consider using Joey and Virga Realty. We never once felt like just "another client", when my wife and I had questions or concerns he has not hesitated to text or call with reply if needed. We felt that he has fought to make sure that we are getting exactly what we are paying for and not being taken advantage of by the builder, including making sure to get a 3rd party inspection of our new home. All things considered buying a home is a stressful and difficult process, but with Joey and Virga Realty it can be a much less so.
