John Ricciuti went out of his way to find a house in the criteria I needed. I needed 2/3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage. He found it and I’m the proud owner. His extreme dedication found a few more that just didn’t fit into my needs. His dedication and experience showed in professional demeanor. Thank you John for your hard work.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. John is super professional and very efficient. He is very knowledgeable about his field of work. On top of that he is a wonderful person. My wife and I fell in love with him during our association with him. He found our present home for us and sold our old home. He made himself available when ever we needed him, and was able to answer any questions that we had. He connected me with a mortgage broker who handled my VA loan in a very positive way. My contact there was also very professional. During our closing the agent who was representing the seller and the person handling the closing both complimented John on his professionalism. They said that he was the best that they had ever seen. So, if you are looking for a great person in real estate to help either buy or sell a home in my opinion John is at the top in the field.

I met John Ricciuti III in 2015. I emailed him from my home in Massachusetts, and asked if he could help me learn the Boca Raton area up to 25 miles in diameter. Most realtors do not want to take on a customer unless a buyer has the “money” in hand. Out of the ordinary, John worked with me for 3 years until I bought a condo at Palmaire in Pompano Beach in 2018. We looked from Hollywood up to DelRay Beach.
