Currently have been on hold for 2.5 hours. I called at 8:10am. I've tested being on hold versus pressing for a call back and I've always gotten called back faster when I stay on hold.
I imagine this company either pays or treats employees so bad that they only have a few customer service representatives.

They have an absurd hold time. After two hours and twenty-six minutes on hold, I have yet to speak with anyone. It is completely inappropriate and unethical regardless of how much joking and talking there is in the call center, where I currently used to work. The workplace is hostile to new hires; the management is extremely prejudice, Santiago, Nancy. She chooses favorites and is really unpleasant if you refuse to be one of her puppets. Some of the veterans working in the call center are unprofessional and catty. Management has little consideration for families, and the working environment is just as terrible as the services. Something really ought to be done about this. And after now, 3hrs and 31mins i have still yet to speak with anyone one.

After waiting in a queue for 1 1/2 hr , over two hours ago, I still have not spoken to any CONNEXION customer service rep to schedule a ride for my elderly-disabled mom, It's 2 minutes from the close of the business day. So, my mom will not make her appointment tomorrow. MV Transportation - subcontractor of JTA, you're NOT providing the service your company agreed to. Down with the monopoly of public transportation in this city.

The service has been great for the exception of a few issues that needed to be resolved. Have not been receiving updates of my ride service, my time have been changed without notice which left me late for my work or appointments. I get excuses from drivers that BECAUSE this or that. Just yesterday on the 14th of this Month August car 960 blocked my driveway for more than 15 mins doing i do not know what. had a teleconference, with my doctor the driver stated to me she needed to speak to my doctor. I told her that's private information. I DO NOT KNOW HER. Driver was not in uniform nor in a vest. August the 14th was weird services. now i cannot even get through to schedule a ride to get to work for the 16th of August it is as if i am blocked and i am trying to phanthom Why. It's just crazy. To many systemic stigmas for me i cannot help if i need the services

I am sitting out here for 3 hours. There is a detour on park street. I walk and arrive at Park St and Roselle at 7:10. Wait until 7:50. No #31 bus. I call JTA customer service and speak to Michael. He was nice but not helpful in trying to tell me where to be. I told him I'd just walk up a little further. I get to the bus stop 1813 at 8:07pm. 8:55 no 31 . Hustling to then get to the bus stop at Goodwin the 31 bus driver sees me running and pulls off.

JTA connection just lost my 82 yr old grandmother. She was scheduled to be picked up and dropped off at a specific address. The driver broke policy by driving her somewhere unscheduled and dropping her off. She didn’t know how to get home. I Hate y’all for this.
