Julie is the best! We spent nearly two years searching for our first home and she was there every step of the way- from helping us learn the basics of home-buying to being under contract several times and finally closing on our dream home! Julie is professional, flexible, and very well informed with the latest real estate regulations and standards, making her a pleasure to work with. If we had a question or wanted to see a property she got back to us within a few hours and was able to schedule a viewing that day ( if the property was empty) or the next day if if it was occupied. When we toured various homes she didn't just walk through the home, but she pointed out the pros and cons of big ticket items (age of the roof/appliances, hurricane protection, etc.) and taught us things we should keep an eye out for (water under sinks, potential cracks in foundation, etc.). Even though we made several offers for homes and were were under contact multiple times, Julie never made us feel pressured to rush or close a sale. When we finally found our dream home and knew it was the one she put together an offer letter in less than an hour and negotiated with the sellers agent on our behalf, saving us thousands of dollars and getting us under contract in less than 48 hours.
