Shortly after we decided to start looking for a property in BV, we stopped into an open house at The Farm and met Kathy. We are so happy we did because it was such a great experience having her as a resource throughout our multi year search. We knew from the beginning we weren’t in a rush and she respected that, we also didn’t know what we’d end up buying (land, condo, house) but she was so helpful in every stage of our search. We just cannot say enough, from start to finish Kathy completely had our back. We met her at a coffee shop when we were considering moving to Buena Vista. Immediately upon hearing of our interest, she sent us an email with tons of information about the city and was quick to answer any questions we had.
