I had Chris Williams for my agent. My house was supposed to be advertised as is CASH ONLY, for some reason 6 out of the 8 people he sent out were expecting a $300.000 dollar home for $85,000. He would tell you something and never do it. It took me more than a month to get him to reduce my house. Long story short I never received my binder, they charged me for things the buyer that didn’t buy should have to pay. So if you use this computer do not get stuck with slick Chris
