My father passed away recently. This agency got my name and contact information from court records. Since receiving my information, they have consistently harassed me about his property to the point that I had to send a cease-and-desist demand to them. This is an incredibly insensitive thing to do, not to mention very invasive. There are tons of realtors out there, DON'T USE THIS AGENCY. Find one that isn’t preying on those in mourning to make a few dollars.

Crooked company. Lied and told me that Florida required a broker agreement that no other agent I contacted required in Florida. Started accepting my business and working with me before telling me this which created multiple logistical issues with our travel plans to see homes, as we don’t currently live in Florida. On top of that the agent was no help in finding homes as she continued to send me searches that didn’t even meet the parameters I told her I needed. Something as simple as a 3 car garage to which she kept sending me homes with 2 cars. We searched on our own and provided the list we wanted to see with little to no help from them. Would’ve been better off scheduling the showings ourselves. Unprofessional liars. Read the fine print is all I can say.
