This is to alert any possible consumers that will utilize Keller Williams and especially a realtor there named Sanjog Gopal. Think twice about what you’re doing and consider other options if you start noticing any red flags, listen to yourself.

This is my scenario is of my situation as a new home owner in the Riverview area. To start, I never physically met my realtor, he never attended any viewings with me of the house to show me and/or guide me through the home. At the day of my closing he wasn’t there for the final walkthrough. Always had an excuse that something “came up”. When it comes to addendums or adjustments, make sure that you get everything in writing and signed on time, demand it gets done as with this realtor you will pass set dates and if the other party doesn’t sign on time you will be exposed to whatever they decide. Make sure whatever expectation you have of the home that you put in writing, put it in a text, email, letter, just make sure it’s in writing. I had an expectation and a verbal confirmation from the realtor of some appliances to be included with the home purchase, after the purchase it was it never happened. As he explained, if it’s not in writing, it never happened. Before you do anything with closing, if you get this far, stand your ground on what you need and want out of your deal. Don’t let them pressure to sign if things aren’t to your liking or wants. Once you sign closing documents, you are just another sale. No more communication, instead you will get mocked and laughed at for things that you were expecting done, example was the appliances I mentioned above. This realtor laughed and mocked me for not knowing realtor verbiage, when I asked for his manager after he had called me an idiot for thinking appliances were included my deal, he mocked me and said “we don’t have managers haha, we have brokers”. I also have an ongoing going issue with them as my HOA dues were going to be a certain amount, now they are doubled the cost with different pay dates. The amount was listed in the homes listing online, it was verbally told to me, and now after I’ve again deal closed, even after getting it wrong, they are not helping. After all this and the unprofessional actions, I’m stuck without things of my deal that I expected, all for entrusting people that didn’t have the best in mind for me. No communication at this point from the realtor or broker firm. They be didn’t even think to follow up with the sellers agent to pick up there signs and lock box for a week. I had to call myself. Pictures attached. Truly, horrible experience at the mid to end process of sale, and again once I signed, a disappearance act. Never again will I use Keller Williams for any home purchase or sale.

Eek! Stay away from this place. There was a listing under this agency and per the MLS the rental had been on the market for about 3 hours. I called the number on the listing which lead me to KW Gulf Coast. I called around 4:45 and left a VM even though they said their offices closed at 5:30.

I gave all my info including address and name and call back number. Around 11 the next day I called again. I gave the woman who answered the phone the listing address and she said “that is an apartment, we are a real estate business” I told her that their name was on the listing. After a few moments of investigation she fwd me to Drew Carlyle, went to voicemail, left a detailed VM w my credit score in income. Didn’t hear back. I texted a few hours after. No response. Called the next day, left a voicemail, texted the day after, no response. Sent an email, no response, sent another text, no response.

Called the KW Gulf number again. The lady at the front desk was like “well, that’s his listing so the front desk wouldn’t know why he isn’t answering” lol what? He works for you?

very very poor communication.

Turns out it’s off the market even though I called 3 hours after it was listed ? Which is annoying but that’s the game....but why couldn’t you have just texted/picked up/emailed that?

I entered into a contract with sellers at Windrush condo & Bryan Manly listing agent on 1/27/17. On 1/30/17 I was advised that they (the sellers)
had entered into another contract that morning & I wasn't going to be able to buy the condo. That is not legal or ethical.

Horrible experience with broker Rachel Sartain at St. Pete location. Unfortunately, she cares more about her ego than the clients. I highly recommend to stay far away from the St. Pete location.
