We live in MN. Margaret (Peggy) Clark worked with us from her office. She was diligent with her customer service. She would look at houses we found online and would give us open and honest opinions. The house we purchased through her, we basically bought sight unseen, other than pictures and her opinion. This was done on Easter weekend and on Easter Sunday, we signed the purchase agreement! I went into Keller Williams was greeted with a below average welcome. Also, I was then met with an agent who was pretty helpful in the beginning. But i wasn't the 300K client she hoped for so she ditched me at the end of the deal. I was looking for 1 acre of land, not 6 acres. She said she would email me later because it was getting late in the evening. She did this instead of looking up the last search criteria like I asked her too. She never emailed me. She had told me she just sold two big parcels of land. She didnt need my business. Little does she know I have one of the largest families and networks of people in the area. Ha shall i tell them about the experience, maybe i will, i'm too nice though so probably not. We also own a two major businesses in town. So the search i asked for would have taken 3 minutes total. And i was wearing my work clothes. I do trees. I was kinda dirty like jed clampid.
Not the Keller Williams type of customer i guess.

The selling realtor was less than professional...perhaps bordering on unscrupulous. She was uncooperative on a daily basis...once telling my realtor she couldn't forward the required paperwork because she was spending time with her grandson. Really? Her favorite phrase was "I will get to it tomorrow." Tomorrow meant whenever she got around to it. Very poor representative of your organization...to say the least!

Well I would never go!!!! Don't you will get exited because she tells you how easy it is to buy through her Denise Richard sh pre-approved on a lie only to get let down what ever going to buy she doesn't keep you in the loop and when catch on to her lies then she become invisible it the appitimy of a very poor loan officer PLEASE LISTEN DONT GO GO HEAR SHE LEFT MY WIFE CRYING her eyes out I will spread the word she needs fired and if I can I'll make it my mission in life to have her removed
