Purchased a townhouse from Lyn Boyd. Worst mistake ever. Her buddy J Paul another realtor wanted me to purchase the 3 other units. He had them under contract for 10,000 and was trying to sell me the paper for 21,000 each. A quick bait and switch between realtors. Buyer beware of this real estate company and their ethics and morals.

The worst experience I have ever had. Realtor won't return calls, cannot get any of my questions answered, previous buyers backed out a month ago and home still showing as pending. I would not hire them to sell a dog house. The only reason I rated at one is because there isn't a negative five.
