DO NOT USE KYLE GEOGHAGAN AS A REALTOR! HE IS NOT AN HONEST REALTOR REPRESENTING YOUR BEST INTERESTS!
We had an accepted offer and a closing date for May 24, 2024. We drove from Indianapolis to Tallahassee for the closing. At 7pm on May 23, 2024 at 7pm, Kyle called and said we needed to more money to close, because they just realized there was another mortgage on the property we were paying cash for. Finding this after a title company did a title search! He blamed the title company, Smith, Thompson, Shaw, Colon & Power for the mix-up! We declined to contribute more because we had a deal! Kyle Geoghagan said to me "You can sue for breach of contract, and you will win. Or, spend the money you would spend on attorney fees, and pay the extra money to close!". It was the day before a holiday weekend. We asked to extend the closing date at one point, which he didnt do. Somehow this house that was in pre-forclosure, was sold for $10,000 more than the signed contract we had! It doesnt matter if you have a legal and binding agreement to buy a house, he will find a way to leverage you out of it, if he can make more money! KYLE IS NOT A REALTOR WHO WILL HONESTLY REPRESENT YOU AND PROTECT YOUR INTERESTS!

My wife and I decided in July to move from back west to Tallahassee Fl, we contacted Chip Williams he was awesome he kept in contact with us while we were selling our house. Once our home sold Chip had Hunter help us out, and he found our dream home and from 3k miles away we were able to tour our house and make an offer.
